Shipping & Returns 

Shipping Policy

Pieta Verre cremation urns are fragile, handmade objects. Every order is carefully packed to ensure safe transit from our facility to your door.

Carrier & Delivery

All orders ship via UPS Ground Service. Orders are processed within 48 hours of placement, Monday through Friday. Please allow 7–10 business days from the date of shipment for delivery. No orders are dispatched on weekends or public holidays. If a holiday falls within your delivery window, please allow additional time.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is not currently available. All orders ship via UPS Ground.

Hawaii & Alaska

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska ship via UPS Ground or alternative carriers. Please allow additional transit time beyond standard delivery estimates.

Address Requirements

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a full street address at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to customers across North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Bespoke and custom orders ship from Europe via UPS Expedited at a flat rate of $220, fully insured.

Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pieta Verre urn. If for any reason you need to return a purchase, the following conditions apply.

Eligibility

Non-customized urns may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return. Custom, personalized, and engraved urns are non-refundable. These pieces are made to order and cannot be restocked.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at service@pietaverre.com to request a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) before sending any item back. Returns received without a valid RMN will not be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
