Shipping Policy

For Pieta Verre crystal cremation urns, glass cremation urns, and porcelain cremation urns:

Most orders are shipped via United Postal Service (UPS) Ground Service. Please allow seven to ten (7 to 10) business days from shipment to delivery.
No orders are processed on Saturday and Sunday
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except holidays)
Next Day Air Shipments are temporarily disabled due to recent issues with UPS and Fedex service reliability. To inquire about an expedited service, please email us at service@pietaverre.com.
If there is a holiday during this time, shipments will be delayed.
Orders to Hawaii and Alaska ship via UPS Ground and other expedited methods. Please allow for additional transit time.
UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO and FPO boxes. Please enter a Street Address for your ship-to address.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return policy designed to make your decision-making easy.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 30 days
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn't used or damaged
You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
