Thank you for shopping at Prague Imports, Ltd. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 30 days
• The product is in its original packaging
• The product isn't used or damaged
• You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

• Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. UPS Ground shipment is complimentary. 

• Most orders are shipped via United Postal Service (UPS). Please allow seven to ten (7 to 10) business days from shipment to delivery. 

• No orders are processed on Saturday and Sunday

• Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except holidays)

• Next Day Air Shipments placed and confirmed by 12:00 PM EST are delivered by the next business day, and 2Day Air shipments placed and confirmed by 12:00 PM EST are delivered within 2 business days. If there is a holiday during this time, shipments will be delayed. 

• Orders to Hawaii and Alaska ship via UPS Ground and other expedited methods. Please allow for additional transit time. 

• UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO and FPO boxes. Please enter a Street Address for your ship-to address. 

This urn is made to order. The production process takes approximately 2 months ( 60 days) from the day of order confirmation.  Customer can either submit their desired photo or painting or our designers will provide guidance and help with selection. Payment is collected upon shipment to final destination.
