• Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except holidays)

• Next Day Air Shipments placed and confirmed by 12:00 PM EST are delivered by the next business day, and 2Day Air shipments placed and confirmed by 12:00 PM EST are delivered within 2 business days. If there is a holiday during this time, shipments will be delayed. 

• Orders to Hawaii and Alaska ship via UPS Ground and other expedited methods. Please allow for additional transit time. 

• UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO and FPO boxes. Please enter a Street Address for your ship-to address. 

This cremation urn is made to order. The time to delivery is approximately 2 months ( 60 days) upon confirmation of the order. Payment is not processed until the piece is shipped.
